I have been providing therapeutic massage since 1998.  I am a licensed massage therapist with the State of Iowa and a member of ABMP. 

I completed 800 hours of training at the Shiatsu Clinic and School in October of 1998.  The primary training was Focused Touch Shiatsu. I incorporate Shiatsu in every massage as I feel the results are extremely beneficial.  I mostly use an integrative technique combining Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy.    I continue to receive education to further my knowledge and add techniques that will benefit my clients.

My goal is to provide a safe environment for all my clients and to customize each massage to each individual.  I provide services that I am qualified to perform and to the best of my ability. I respect all boundaries and follow the Code of Ethics for my profession.  PLEASE NOTE:  Rigorous disinfecting and sanitation of all rooms and surfaces will be adhered to.  The wearing of masks will be mandatory by all therapists and clients.   

I do enjoy being able to assist people with their path of healing and promotion of wellness in the body.  It is fulfilling to help relieve a client's headache, neck and shoulder pain or just to help them have a quiet place to relax and renew.
